Futura Industries is the largest domestic manufacturer and supplier of aluminum flooring metal to Floor Covering Distributors across North America. Futura produces a variety of metal trims for both carpet, ceramic tile, and commercial floor applications. These include various profiles that are used for transitions, dividers, clampdowns, tapdown, flatbar, cap moulding, cove moulding, stair nosing, reducers, and edgings.
The Flooring and Tile metal is produced in a variety of finishes such as brass, etched, nickel, silver and bronze colors. Futura also distributes a vinyl selection of tile and carpet reducers, joiners, stair noising, dividers, edges and coving caps.

Sharper Teeth - The fabricated teeth on the Clampdown trims provide a stronger, long lasting grip for carpets. |
Clean, Countersunk Nail Holes - All Binder Bars, Carpet Bars, Stair Nosings and Seam Binders incorporate a countersunk hole for a nail to be hammered into. The countersunk design allows the nail head to sit flush with the top of the trims and eliminates snagging. |
Fully Fabricated Flooring Trims - Once all Futura trims have been fabricated (hammered, anodized, painted or buffed) they are trimmed down. This means that we take the time to eliminate any unusable part of the material that should not be used in an installation. Thus, saving time for the installer and ensuring that the customer gets the best Floor covering Trim available. |
