Our latest addition to our CNC area is a New Generation World-Class Vertical Machining Center, 2010 Mazak (Nexus || 700D-||).
This machining center has a large machining envelope of over 60" x 27" x 25" enabling us to efficiently run long lengths of material. With a spindle speed of 12000 RPM, rapid traverse rates of 1181 IPM, tool change time of less than 2.5 seconds, high pressure (213 PSI) coolant (flood and thru spindle) and a full 5 place decimal this allows us to produce high quality parts in record times!
With the aid of the MAZATROL conversational programming feature many of your parts can quickly be programmed at the CNC reducing the need of offline programming.
