Announcing replacement of one of the extrusion presses

Futura Industries announces replacement of one of their Extrusion Presses. Futura replaced its Sutton 6" extrusion press with a Loewy 1800 ton 7" press. Lean manufacturing processes were used in the decision to upgrade current system capability. Layout, positioning and design installation option upgrades will result in the Loewy press having increased extrusion capacity and greater shared resource utilization.
