Extrusion profile designs can be as simple as a square tube, or very complex. We offer a wide variety of packaging options to suit your particular application. If your product needs to be layered on a pallet, bubble-wrapped, individually poly-bagged/sleeved in individual cartons, or simply bulk packaged in a box, we will create a cost-effective solution to fit your needs. If your extrusion has a unique shape or otherwise won’t stack well on a flat surface, we can design special packaging to contain and protect your product in transit.

If you require barcode labeling, we can design a custom label to suit your needs.

• In many cases, shipping extrusions in longer lengths is more costly than shipping shorter lengths, because they take up more room on a truck. By shipping extrusions cut to shorter lengths, the shipping costs are usually lower because the freight carrier has more flexibility.
• When time is of the essence, it’s much more cost-effective to next-day ship smaller packages rather than long skids of lineal material.

Recyclable/Returnable Packaging

Most of the packaging material used at Futura Industries is completely recyclable, such as corrugated/cardboard boxes and divider strips, plastic strapping and trays, paper interleaving material, plastic End Caps.

For customers with continuing order quantities, reusable containers are the most cost effective solution. Depending on your location, Futura Industries delivery trucks can deliver and return recycled packaging containers for you.

We currently serve the Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, and the Nevada region with our own fleet of delivery trucks. If you are outside of this area, we will use any trucking firm you may request, but we primarily use the major carriers and United Postal Service for delivery. As a customer, you will find using our fleet of delivery trucks, will ensure that your product arrives in the best condition possible. No claims, freight damage or poor service. Our drivers are simply the best! - We can even setup specific time and date delivery schedules to help you achieve JIT production.
